Westside PDG: KINDNESS with Ron Berglas

We will be turning to KINDNESS. Ron Berglas will be hosting this conversation expanding on how kind are we, as mediators, to our clients: Should we be kind? If we are kind, is it for show or do we genuinely feel kindness? What does that feel like? When does kindness start and when does it run out?

Ron Berglas has a background spanning from New York to London to California, from 25 years as a professional actor in the UK, Europe, and the US, to 21 years as an educator, and now as a mediator! Ron was certified by the National Association of Certified Mediators and has mediated for the California Lawyers for the Arts in the Sacramento Superior Court’s civil harassment and restraining order division. Ron currently mediates for Southern California Family Mediation in the Los Angeles Dependency Courts, The Center for Conflict Resolution of Los Angeles, the Riverside Community Action Partnership, and is on the panel of the Arts, Arbitration, and Mediation Services of Los Angeles. He is also the owner of Magnum Mediation, all while continuing to work as an adjunct professor of Theater and Acting at San Bernardino Valley College.
