Worked in private practice as a civil litigator for public entities in state, federal and appellate courts. Lead counsel in employment dispute arbitrations, State Personnel Board and Public Employees Relations Board hearings. Conducted neutral investigations regarding claims of workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation and sexual assault/harassment. Served as general counsel for individual universities for nearly 20 years.
