She led firms ranging from boutique practices to organizations of 750 attorneys and founded a consulting company that served professionals from accountants and attorneys to athletes and entertainers. Today, Kimberly applies a calm, solution-focused approach to mediation. As a UC Davis–trained, DRPA-certified mediator, she serves Orange County Superior Court and provides private mediation services to individuals and businesses seeking to bridge differences and reach solutions outside of court.
