Each year, SCMA presents the Employment Mediation Award to an individual who has made a significant and lasting impact on the field of employment mediation. The award honors a member of the dispute resolution community whose work has elevated the practice, advanced the field, and inspired others through their leadership, innovation, and commitment to resolving workplace conflicts.

2025 marks the inaugural presentation of the Employment Mediation Award, which was given at the Employment Mediation Institute (EMI). SCMA is proud to recognize excellence in this critical area of practice and celebrate those who shape the future of employment mediation.
