Placer Dispute Resolution is a non-profit, community-based conflict resolution organization. We offer mediation, training and conflict coaching services to those who live in, or own property or a business in Placer County. If you are experiencing a conflict, our experienced mediators can help you reach a satisfying resolution. All services are low-cost, voluntary and confidential.
I am fueled by intense curiosity for people's feelings, values and needs. I've spent my life developing active listening skills and the ability to find opportunity in conflict. My style is personable, open-minded and patient. I create safe, supportive spaces that enable people to reach sustainable agreements.
I come to the practice of mediation from a 30 year career as a high tech business leader. My roles ranged from startup founder to senior product manager for a leading Silicon Valley firm. I have sold and negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts, led major acquisition programs and driven high performance with global cross functional teams.
I am the Executive Director of the non-profit Placer Dispute Resolution and serve as a board member and volunteer mediator for The Conflict Resolution Center of Nevada County. In these roles, I support my local community by providing conflict resolution services through the courts and beyond. I have completed a professional concentration in conflict resolution at UC Davis among other formal trainings.
