I just recently completed training through the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution by taking the 40 hour Mediating the Litigated Case course. I'm actively beginning to start mediating cases. Currently looking to observe and then volunteer as a mediator through the LACBA's ACAMS program and the Los Angeles Superior Court program. I am also certified through the Los Angeles Superior Court as a mediator for the Eviction Prevention Pilot Program.
I have spent the last 28+ years as an entertainment lawyer, focused on transactional work (i.e., complex contract negotiations). I have been a volunteer arbitrator for mandatory fee arbitrations.
