I am available to act as a neutral facilitator who helps disputing parties communicate effectively, identify their underlying interests, and work collaboratively toward a mutually acceptable resolution. I will help guide the process, encourage constructive dialogue, and foster understanding, allowing the parties to regain control over the outcome of their conflict.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton and studied Criminal Justice at Baldwin Wallace University. I have worked in law, food service, retail, manufacturing, technology, home care, and warehousing. My adaptability, range of experience, and education allow me to reach people where they are in order to help construct a satisfactory outcome for all parties.
