With over 26 years of experience in real estate and a certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution from USC Gould School of Law, Melinda is a highly skilled mediator specializing in real estate and business disputes.  Her expertise as a certified mediator, experienced real estate professional, and business owner enables her to navigate complex issues such as buyer-seller, landlord-tenant, evictions, contractual disputes, and disclosure matters with  exceptional insight and neutrality.

Melinda's mediation approach emphasizes impartiality, active listening, and creative problem-solving. She is adept at addressing both the emotional and factual components of negotiations, making her particularly effective in high-conflict situations. Beyond mediation, Melinda is an educator and frequent speaker on real estate dispute resolution, sharing her expertise with industry professionals. A holder of the MC3 Certification and a panel member of the American Arbitration Association, she is dedicated to helping parties achieve fair, efficient resolutions without the need for costly litigation.

She proudly supports important local organizations such as de Toledo High School and Jewish National Fund. Melinda also volunteers as a mediator for the Los Angeles/Ventura Superior Courts, Los Angeles County Bar and California Association of Realtors.
