Susan Guthrie

Susan Guthrie, nationally recognized as one of the Top Family Law and Mediation Attorneys in the country, has been helping individuals and families navigate separation and divorce for 30 years. Susan also is one of the leading experts in online mediation in the world and trains other professionals in the practical and ethical considerations of conducting their mediations online through her business Learn to Mediate Online (www.learntomediateonline.com.) To date, more than 16,000 dispute resolution professionals have benefited from her online mediation training program. Recently, Susan also partnered with Mediation Legend, Forrest “Woody” Mosten, to create the Mosten

Susan is also the award-winning creator and host of two successful podcasts, The Divorce & Beyond Podcast and The Learn to Mediate Online Podcast. All told, Susan’s podcasts have reached more than 4 million listeners in over 80 countries around the world. As a leading dispute resolution professional, Susan is honored to serve on the Executive Council of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Section of Dispute Resolution as the Membership Officer and to be a Co-Chair of the Mediation Committee. She is licensed to practice in California and Connecticut.

 


Dr. Debra Dupree

Dr. Debra Dupree is a renowned mediator, speaker and trainer with nearly 30 years’ experience in the dispute resolution field. As the former Director of Training for Mediation Training Institute (MTI), she designed and delivered training with MTI’s founder, Dr. Dan Dana, training lawyers and human resource professionals throughout North America and parts of Africa. She achieved designation as an Advanced Practitioner in Workplace Mediation by the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) and previously served as the national Co-Chair and Editor for the ACR Workplace Section. 

 

Trained as a CINERGY Conflict Coach under renowned Cinnie Noble, Attorney and Mediator, she actively applied her acquired skills to mentorship programs including the Department of Navy’s ADR program for the last 20 years.   She has extensive experience in mediating Family and Workplace Issues, specializing in high conflict relationships and the interactive process for medical conditions in the workplace. 

Dr. Dupree also actively gives back by teaching others with a combined 15 years’ experience serving on the faculty at California Western School of Law in dispute resolution, National University’s Certificate in Conflict Resolution program, and Ryokan College in advanced psychology and the neuroscience of behavior.  She is a regular speaker at professional conferences sharing the psychology behind human behavior in conflict.
