SCMA's 2025 Employment Mediation Institute (EMI) is all about helping employment mediators not only expand their toolkit to become more effective mediators, but also to grow their mediation practice. As EMI returns to an in-person conference this year, we also expand to a full-day of presentations and workshops by top-rate mediators, professors, innovators, and litigators, who are eager to share their respective expertise. Attendees will hear from a well-rounded lineup of speakers who cover the academic, legal, business, and technology aspects of employment mediation. Attendees will also be treated to breakfast, lunch, and a cocktail hour at the end of the day, as part of their registration fees. Every employment mediator or prospective employment mediator that attends EMI this year will be given a set of new tools to add to their toolkit in enhancing their mediation skills, as well as expanding their mediation practice.
