Join the Westside Professional Development Group as they welcome the Amanah team to discuss shifts in our mindset around conflict, communication and harm. The Amanah team has over 15 years of experience in conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and relational dynamics, empowering individuals and organizations to foster meaningful connections. The workshop will focus on shifting mindsets around interpersonal and communal conflict resolution. The Amanah team will introduce us to their skilled-based workshops on self-regulation, communication, conflict resolution, how to address harm after the fact, and building/maintaining strong communal relationships. You will leave with the empowerment, as both individuals and organizations, to navigate conflict effectively, enhance communication, and foster resilient relationships.
