About Ana Sambold

Ana Sambold, Esq., is a California attorney, mediator, arbitrator, and a recognized leader in the field of dispute resolution. She has facilitated the resolution of over 1,000 commercial and civil litigation matters, specializing incases involving multinational and multilingual parties. She has held numerous leadership positions, including Co-Chair of the inaugural California Lawyers Association ADR Committee, Chair of the San Diego County Bar Association ADR Section, Co-Chair of the ABA Dispute Resolution Tech Expo, Educational Programming Officer of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section, Co-Chair of the ABA Advanced Mediation and Advocacy Skills Institute, and member of the Board of Directors for both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) North American Branch and the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA). She is the immediate past Chair of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section and currently she serves as the Policy Officer. Ms. Sambold is a licensed attorney admitted to practice in California, Colombia, and before the U.S. Supreme Court. She received her training and credentials in dispute resolution from Harvard Law School, Pepperdine University School of Law - Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
