On September 29, 2024, Governor Newsom signed Senate Bill 940 into law, introducing a voluntary certification program for ADR providers and practitioners in California, along with other significant changes.

Join us to explore this new law and how it will shape the practice of mediators and other ADR professionals.

Ana Sambold will provide a comprehensive overview of the key provisions, examine the details of the certification program, and discuss the ethical standards for mediators referenced in the law, including the  Rules of Conduct for Mediators in Court-Connected Mediation Programs for Civil Cases.

This program is eligible for 1.0 California Ethics CLE/MCLE credit.

See you there!
