SCMA is proud to provide this program for the entire legal community. Panelists: Mark D. Kramer, Esq. Jennifer Johnston Terando, R.N., Esq. 
Mark Kramer, Esq. Mark Kramer is a mediator with ADR Services. Mr. Kramer practiced law for over forty years before becoming a full time neutral. Mark has been and is a Super lawyer as a litigator and as a Mediator. He is a member of ABOTA and has taught at the Jack Daniels Trial School. Throughout his career Mark tried a wide variety of cases including- Products liability, medical malpractice, false arrest and imprisonment, motor vehicle, construction, business and premises liability. Mr. Kramer has served as a mediator and M.S.C. officer and arbitrator for the courts for over twenty years and before joining ADR Services mediated privately with Kramer Dispute Resolution.

Jennifer Terando R.N, Esq. With over 20 years of experience in both law and nursing, Jennifer brings a unique blend of legal expertise and medical knowledge to her mediation practice. As a licensed attorney and a Registered Nurse, she specializes in medical-legal matters, particularly focusing on nursing home disputes. Jennifer’s legal career has spanned defense representation in medical malpractice, plaintiff representation in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and medical device cases, and representing physician and other providers in health law matters, giving her valuable insight into the needs and strategies of both sides. In addition to her private law and mediation practice, Jennifer serves as a panel mediator for the Mediation Center of Los Angeles and provides volunteer mediation services for the Los Angeles Superior Court through the Center for Conflict Resolution. She was the 2023 President of SCMA.
