As mediators, we understand the feeling of accomplishment that comes with parties reaching an agreement. However, what about when the mediation before you isn't all about reaching a settlement? What other ways can mediations still be considered "wins" or just productive when there is no settlement? How can we show up for them, as mediators, to best assist the parties in these situations?

 

We hope you'll join us to exchange antidotes and thoughts about how parties may present themselves with purposes and needs outside of reaching a full resolution of the case.
