Dr. Fowler will also discuss the benefits of neuroplasticity in effectively navigating conflict situations.

Dr. Clare Fowler earned her Doctorate from Pepperdine University, specializing in dispute resolution systems for small businesses. She holds a Master’s in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law. Dr. Fowler serves as Managing Editor at Mediate.com and teaches at both Pepperdine and the University of Oregon. Her extensive experience in mediation and training focuses on workplace disputes. Dr. Fowler’s 2023 book, Rising Above Office Conflict, offers invaluable insights for HR directors managing high conflict behaviors.
