The Southern California Mediation Association is excited to host its 36th Annual Fall Conference at The Straus Institute at Pepperdine University in Malibu on Saturday, October 26, 2024. SCMA’s mission is to nurture, expand, and develop the practice, profession, and community of mediation. This year’s theme is “A Changing World: The Past, Present, and Future of Mediation.” This theme emphasizes skill-building for mediators to establish a solid foundation of professional competence and better navigate the shifting landscape of technological advancements. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with colleagues, share skills, techniques, and network to develop their practices both for profit and non-profit. This year’s conference festivities will include:
