For its April meeting, the Westside PDG will tackle the virtual vs. in-person mediation debate. It's one that's existed since before the start of the pandemic but is still a question that mediators and their clients must address. What has been your experience since going virtual? Did you immediately return to mediating in-person once it became viable? Are you a convert who's refused to return to the old days and will only mediate virtually? What about your clients and/or their attorneys? Do you offer both options or only one? How has it, if at all, impacted your business?
