If you’re a mediator looking to explore alternative avenues beyond sitting on panels or building a private practice, this session is tailor-made for you. At our next meeting we’re thrilled to have two accomplished mediators, Cherry Destura and Anthony Farenga as our mentors.

Cherry and Anthony bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the mediation field, and they’ll be sharing their personal journeys to achieving successful mediation careers in the government sector. Don’t miss this chance to discover new pathways to thrive as a mediator while making a meaningful impact.

The EEOC enforces federal laws which prohibit discrimination in the workplace. As such, she oversees the mediation program within the Los Angeles District, which includes Central and Southern California, Southern Nevada, the state of Hawaii, and the United States Pacific territories. Prior to her current position, Ms. Destura was the Supervisory Trial Attorney in the legal unit of the Los Angeles District Office and served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the civil and criminal divisions of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles and in the District of Columbia.
