For our October meeting, the Westside PDG will be discussing the concepts of justice, revenge, punishment, and the bane of many mediators' existence, "the principle." We invite everyone to share their thoughts about these concepts (and sources of impasse) and how we address them when brought up in mediation. We hope you'll share your noteworthy experiences and which mediator tools worked and which ones backfired.
