With an illustrious 37-year career, he has pioneered mediation, provided training, authored books, and delivered inspiring talks on conflict resolution. His work has empowered under-served communities in over 25 countries.
In this presentation, Ken will explore the concept of mediation as something akin to "magic" in its ability to effectively resolve conflicts. He will also delve into the idea of "scale-free" practices, which are techniques that work regardless of the size or complexity of a situation.
