Terri Breer

Terri Breer is a seasoned lawyer and mediator with over 35 years of experience in Orange County. She is a former Chair of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) – Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section, currently serving her second term as a Board Member of the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA) and has been the Chairperson for the SCMA Family Mediation Institute for four years. Her focus is on Divorce Mediation, limited scope legal services, and assisting clients with negotiation and drafting settlements in uncontested cases. She founded New Day Divorce Center, Inc. in 2019 to provide mediation training and coaching for divorce professionals.

Laurie Itkin is a certified divorce financial analyst (CDFA) and financial advisor with extensive experience in California divorce cases. She has been involved in over 240 cases as a financial neutral or planner, advocating for one spouse. Laurie is a member of the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts and the Association of Divorce Financial Planners.
