This program on Pre-Mediation presents two acclaimed international
leaders in legal innovation and mediation. They will focus on the increasing realization
of the importance of detailed preparation – by mediators, attorneys and their clients – in
order to enhance the chances of settlement at mediation. Messrs. Imperiale and Sankary
are the co-authors of the article “Mediation Before the Mediation: The Important Role of
a Pre-Mediation Session”, published in late 2022 on Mediate.com. (Copies of the article
will be included in the program materials.) Our two panelists provide a detailed roadmap
of the various steps that the mediator, parties and counsel should take before the
mediation if they want to advance the cause of settlement come mediation time. * This event qualifies for 1.0 hour of California MCLE credit. Please make sure to provide your California State Bar number during registration. The Speakers:
