The Westside PDG is excited to invite you to our June meeting with Peter Robinson to discuss Apology and Forgiveness in Mediation! Many of you may recognize the name and topic from his presentation on the topic at SCMA’s annual conference a few years ago. 

This month, Peter will lead a conversation on the effectiveness of going “beyond the deal” to encourage healing, and how to intertwine the vital skills of apology and forgiveness into any field of mediation. We will invite participants to share their previous experiences with apology and forgiveness in their mediations!

Peter quite literally wrote the book on Apology, Forgiveness, and Reconciliation. His humor, energy, and ability to articulate lessons from his mediation experiences have made him a popular lecturer and trainer. He regularly teaches, trains, and speaks around the world on a variety of dispute resolution topics, including negotiation, mediation, apology, and forgiveness.
