Stacie Feldman Hausner, Esq. Stacie Feldman Hausner, Esq. has mediated full time since 2015. She has successfully mediated more than seven hundred cases in the areas of business, personal injury, employment, real estate, insurance coverage, construction defect, and intellectual property law. She has an exceptionally high settlement rate due to her tenacity, calm and friendly demeanor, creative “out of the box” thinking, and keen insight. Ms. Hausner received an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law. Prior to joining ADR Services, Inc., she successfully mediated for the Santa Monica Courthouse, the Central District Court, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs, and the Center for Conflict Resolution. Ms. Hausner is enthusiastic in her passion for mediation. When she is not mediating, she teaches mediation skills to practitioners, attorneys and law students. She is an Adjunct Professor teaching “Mediation Theory and Practice,” “Advanced Mediation” and “Mediating the Litigated Case” at the Straus Institute at Pepperdine School of Law. She also trains mediators for the United States District Court, Central District, Pro Bono mediation program. Ms. Hausner presents frequent MCLE trainings on various topics (including optimizing settlement and negotiation outcomes), trains women in a yearly Women’s Negotiation Academy, coaches businesspeople on effective negotiation strategies, and educates women negotiators in the workplace. She currently also sits on the ADR Executive Committee for the California Lawyers Association.

Genie Harrison, Esq. Genie Harrison, of the Genie Harrison Law Firm, apc, is a top women’s rights lawyer handling sexual harassment, equal pay, and other employment cases. Genie is lead counsel for the women of Riot Games who secured a record breaking $100 million settlement plus major workplace reforms. She was counsel for Harvey Weinstein’s former personal assistant in her sexual harassment case and for other women against Weinstein. Genie was part of the team that secured $17 million for Weinstein’s victims. Genie was the 2021 President of Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, which is the largest local plaintiff attorney organization in the country. She has been listed for seven years by Super Lawyers as one of the Top 10 Southern California Super Lawyers. Best Lawyers in America named her the 2022 Plaintiff Employment Lawyer of the Year for Los Angeles. Lawdragon consistently names her one of the Top 500 Leading Plaintiff Employment Lawyers in the Country. California’s Daily Journal lists Ms. Harrison as one of the Plaintiff-side Top Labor & Employment Lawyers in the state and one of the Top 100 Lawyers in California. Genie’s cases regularly garner media attention, and she is often interviewed and quoted across all media outlets. 
Kenneth Feldman, Esq. Kenneth C. Feldman is a partner with Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP; he is the national
co-chair of the firm’s Legal Malpractice Defense Group and practices out of the firm’s Los
Angeles office. He graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1987; while at Loyola he
was on the Dean’s Honor List. Upon passing the California Bar exam in 1987, Mr. Feldman
immediately began to handle the defense of legal malpractice and malicious prosecution cases.
Representing attorneys has been the primary area of his practice for more than three decades.
In 2011, Mr. Feldman was one of the first attorneys to attain the designation “California
Certified Legal Specialist in Legal Malpractice Law” by the State Bar of California. In 2019, he
completed his term as chair of the California State Bar Legal Malpractice Advisory Commission,
after previously serving three years as a commissioner.
Mr. Feldman is a member of several organizations including the Association of Southern
California Defense Counsel, of which he is co-chair of the Lawyers Defense Committee. He
previously served a two-year term as a trustee of the L.A. County Bar Association.
Mr. Feldman is the lead author of the over 300 page California Legal Malpractice and Malicious
Prosecution Liability Handbook which is now in its 8th edition. He has written several articles
and given speeches regarding claims against lawyers, and has a number of published appellate
cases wherein his clients have been attorneys.
Mr. Feldman has been AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 2002, and has been
recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in the area of Professional Liability for Southern California every
year from 2005-2022. In March 2022 he was one of 23 attorneys named by the Daily Journal in
its inaugural edition of the Top Professional Responsibility Attorneys in California. 
Linda Miller Savitt Linda is an experienced trial attorney, having tried close to 100 jury trials. She focuses on defending employers and individuals who are sued for wrongful termination, employment discrimination, and harassment. Linda has represented health care, legal, retail, and public sector employers for over 35 years. She frequently lectures to management groups, administrators, judges, and physician groups as well as various bar sponsored groups. She also serves as a volunteer court appointed mediator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court’s mediation program. Linda also serves on UCLA’s Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation Board of Directors and the Loyola Law School Board of Directors. EXPERIENCE: Ms. Savitt specializes in defending lawsuits on behalf of employers and supervisors who are sued for terminating employment. Such claims include wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and retaliation. She is a frequent speaker at bar associations and legal seminars. In 2020 she was the Los Angeles Chapter of ABOTA's nominee for CAL-ABOTA Trial Lawyer of the Year. She has tried over 100 jury and court trials, as well as numerous arbitrations, 90% of which are employment cases, with mostly punitive damages allegations. She is a Diplomate level member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers , a member of the American Employment Law Council and former President of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. Linda has achieved successful results for employers in defending a variety of employment litigation claims, including: Receiving a defense verdict in a 21 day trial involving claims for wrongful termination, hostile work environment, retaliation, and misclassification as an exempt employee. The jury returned the verdict in 3 hours. Prior to trial, the plaintiff rejected a $300,000 settlement offer. Receiving a defense verdict for the employer in Fisher v. San Pedro Peninsula Hospital (1989) 214 Cal.App.3d 590. Obtaining a $450,000 judgment for the individual defendant on a cross-complaint against the plaintiff as well as an award of attorneys’ fees in Saret-Cook v. Gilbert, Kelly, Crowley and Jennett (1999) 74 Cal.App.4th 1211, after the plaintiff lost on claims of sexual harassment and sex discrimination.
In addition to being admitted to practice law in California, she is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts in California.
