Jeff Kichaven is an independent mediator in private practice. He was President of SCMA in 2005. He is an Honors Graduate of Harvard Law School and a Phi Beta Kappa Graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. He is an elected member of the American Law Institute, and his views on mediation have been cited in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.
