Gabrielle Hartley, Esq., is a leading online mediator and family law attorney known for keeping 99% of her cases at the settlement table. She is a current co-chair of the ABA mediation committee, was a Co-chair of Mediation Week 2020 and is a faculty member of the ABA mediation institute (2020,2022). Gabrielle is the author of Better Apart; The Radically Positive Way to Separate which received a glowing recommendation from Gwyneth Paltrow and People Magazine. And she recently sold “How to Get Along; using the power of conflict to improve your relationships and your life” which is due out in early 2023 (sourcebooks). Before launching the Better Apart® Blitz Online mediation and Better Apart® Total Practice Makeover training for professionals, Gabrielle clerked in matrimonial court in NYC where she resolved hundreds of high conflict divorces. She is a sought after expert in the positive divorce space in media outlets such as The New York Times, Real Simple, Vice, The New York Post, U.S. News and World Report, has been interviewed on dozens of podcasts and is a regular guest on NBC Mass Appeal. Gabrielle is a co- chair on the American Bar Association Mediation Committee. She is also on the Western MA Mediation and Collaborative Dispute Resolution Steering Committee. In addition to offering training for professionals, she maintains a private mediation practice and is of counsel to a top litigation firm in Westchester and NYC. About the Hosts/ Interviewers: 
Richard Erhard Richard Erhard serves on the board of directors of the Southern California Mediation Association, where he is currently the President Elect and the Program Committee Chair. In January 2019, Mr. Erhard joined the part-time faculty of the USC Gould School of Law, Center for Conflict Resolution, as a lecturer in law, where he teaches a course in special education dispute resolution. Richard Erhard served public education agencies for nearly three decades in two states, culminating with his position as an assistant superintendent of student services. He is currently | Principal | Owner of the consulting firm, Richard Erhard and Associates, LLC, which he formed to provide mediation and consultation services focusing on educational disputes. His clients include school districts, non-profit organizations and private individuals throughout Southern California and most recently New Mexico. 
Jennifer Johnson Terando, Esq. Jennifer Johnson Terando’s career is well rounded, dating back to her obtaining her B.S.N, with honors from the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University twenty years ago and continuing on through her scholarship to Case Western Reserve University School of Law where she obtained her J.D. with a certificate in health law from the perennially recognized Law and Medicine Center and served as an associate editor on the Health Matrix: Journal of Law and Medicine. Before forming a boutique firm, Jennifer worked at law firms in Los Angeles and Chicago. She is admitted to the state bars of California and Illinois and has completed the Los Angeles County Bar Association's mediation training and mediation training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University. She is active in many professional organizations, including the Southern California Mediation Association, where she serves on the Public Outreach and Attorney Outreach Committees. She is a registered nurse in the state of California and has worked as a clinical nurse in Cleveland and Los Angeles.
