Pastor Guy Witherspoon -
An Adjunct Assistant Professor at California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH). Since 1995, Professor Witherspoon has taught such courses at CSUDH as -- Managing Race and Ethnic Conflicts, Computer Applications in Behavioral Science, and Communication
and Conflict. He holds three Certificates from the University of Southern California Institute for Violence Prevention Advanced Program, a Master in Business Administration and a Master in Behavioral Science (Negotiation and Conflict Resolution
Option), and a Bachelor of Science Business Administration (emphasis in Computer Information Systems), all through California State University, Dominguez Hills.
Professor Witherspoon has worked in higher education for over 30 years in various roles but specifically in nonprofit management, leadership development, student programs, student advocacy and student affairs, as well as teaching.
He serves as Pastor of the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church of Los Angeles that has volunteered with local communities to resolve conflicts and work for gang prevention/intervention for over 20 years. Current research interest includes using technology and the study of communication and culture to empower individuals to transform conflict and the role faith/spiritual leaders play in helping others resolve their disputes.

Rabbi Mayer Schmukler- A Jewish educational visionary, having built thriving communities, institutions and schools for more than 25 years. Rabbi Schmukler built and maintained new Jewish communities in the Ivory Coast, Abidjan, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya and Zaire.
Rabbi Schmukler regularly counsels and mediates disputes by and between congregants, students and/or third parties.
Rabbi Mayer Schmukler is the founder and director of JETS, a position he has held since 2005.
JETS (Jewish Educational Trade School) is a technical college and high school that gives young Jewish men the tools to lead productive and fulfilling lives through a well-balanced program of Judaic studies, vocational training, and recreational activities.
Prior to founding JETS, he served as director of a Los Angeles-based youth center for Jewish teens from 1992-2002.
Rabbi Schmukler has a bachelor's degree in Rabbinical Study from the Rabbinical College of Canada and received ordination as a rabbinic court judge by the Chief Rabbi of Canada.
