On October 13, the Westside PDG will be hosting Dan Simon for what's sure to be a truly lively and engaging discussion about transformative mediation. RADICAL SELF-DETERMINATION: The path to mediation’s full potential. Party self-determination is one of the great selling points of mediation, but so are efficiency and collaboration. Transformative theory suggests that if we focus on radical party self-determination, in each moment of the process, the other benefits will follow. Join us for a quick review of transformative theory, followed by tips on how to live up to mediation’s highest ideal, party self-determination. Dan Simon is a teacher and practitioner of transformative mediation with offices in L.A. and Minneapolis.
