As we reflect on 2020 and think about the year ahead, we have been presented with a number of challenges and frameworks that have impacted how we work as mediators, due to technology, shifting leverage, politics, and health and wellness. Professor Stephanie Blondell and SCMA President Mark Lemke will walk us through what we have learned through the ethical lens of 2020 with a view towards 2021, with a focus on impartiality, self-determination, confidentiality, and the unique challenges mediators face today.
