Gayle Eskridge is an experienced and certified mediator and arbitrator, who serves on the panel of the American Arbitration Association and is a Senior Member of Mediate.com. Ms. Eskridge is also a Settlement Conference Officer and Mediator with the Los Angeles Superior Court and a Pro Tem Settlement Conference Judge with the Sacramento Superior Court. With over three decades of experience representing clients in handling employment, real estate, and business law and litigation matters, Gayle Eskridge now focuses her energy on dispute resolution in both mediation and arbitration.
While she was a practicing attorney, Gayle Eskridge represented clients (employers and employees) in employment law and litigation matters, including representing employees and employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, and wage-related matters. Gayle Eskridge also handled numerous real estate law and litigation matters, including representing buyers, sellers, and homeowners in breach of contract, fraud, failure to disclose, easement, property line matters, and tree-related disputes. In the business law sphere, Gayle Eskridge, represented clients in all types of business transactions, as shareholder and partnership disputes, fraud, unfair competition, intentional interference, and many types of contract disputes.
