For our January meeting, the Westside PDG will be discussing SB 940, the recent California legislation pertaining to mediator certification by the State Bar. We know that there are still many unanswered questions about what the future holds and that many mediators have strong opinions about any type of certification, voluntary or not, especially when it's administered by the State Bar.
