Judith M. Weigle has been a family law mediator and document preparation provider since 2012. Her company is Divorce Resource, Inc. www.DivorceResourceInc.com 

Producing and hosting a podcast was Weigle’s first attempt at scaling her company. In 2019 Weigle started a podcast to help people who wanted a better way of divorcing or uncoupling. The original name was Constructive Uncoupling. In 2021 she hired a podcast branding company and the show name was changed to THE Amicable Divorce Expert, positioning her as a leader in the divorce podcast sector.  Judith’s intention in creating the podcast was to give her a voice she couldn’t have as a mediator, so that she could help divorcing couples in a deeper way without the appearance of breaching neutrality within the context of real life mediations. Thenextattempt at scaling came in 2020 when Judith hired a TEDx coach to help her gain recognition as a thought leader in family law. Her topic – Making the Impossible Possible: Recipe for a Heart-Healthy Divorce. Judith will be taking the TEDx stage in October for TEDxWoodinville (Washington) Weigle also uses this topic forcoaching, andhersoon-to-be-released workbook. The branding of TEDx will open the doors for professional speaking. Her topics range from divorce – Driven To Distraction: The Relationship Between Divorce and Presenteeism; and Recipe for a Heart-Healthy Divorce – to her work with Diversity,highlighted by her workwiththe Clyde Beatty-Cole Bros.
