Chip Rose
Director of the Mediation Center in Santa Cruz, California, is a certified Specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of California
Board of Legal Specialization. He is an adjunct faculty member at the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law and has authored articles on financial issues. Chip is a recognized innovator in mediation and
collaborative conflict resolution, redefining how clients approach negotiations and expanding their perspectives on asset utilization. He has received prestigious awards, including the Eureka Award from CP Cal and the Lifetime Achievement Award
from the New York Council on Divorce Mediation in 2013. Since 1993, Chip has taught dispute resolution theory and technique to professionals across the United States, Canada, and Europe.
